Take a day to think about how you can make positive changes to improve your physical health. The aim will be to focus on simple, achievable ways to improve physical health. Students will explore movement, sleep, hydration, nutrition, and everyday habits that boost energy and wellbeing. The session encourages small, sustainable changes and helps participants build confidence in caring for their bodies in realistic, manageable ways.
