Psychotic experiences such as hallucinations and delusions can be distressing and difficult, but they don't have to be a barrier to living your life. This course will use personal experiences and discussions to look at what Psychosis means, its possible effects, and how it might be understood and managed in a way that works for you. This course is open to everyone.
